The Sannoike series is a tribute to the beauty and strength of Japan’s natural landscapes, named after Sannoike—a crater lake atop Mt. Ontake. Forged in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, each knife embodies the region’s proud tradition of bladesmithing. This Santoku features a striking 17-layer Damascus-clad blade with a VG-10 stainless steel core, achieving excellent edge retention at HRC 60+.
