Packing & Delivery Policy

Shipping Method

We ship all orders from Japan using Japan Post.
If Japan Post temporarily suspends international delivery to your area, we will contact you before shipping.

Expedited Shipping (EMS)

• Fastest option with a tracking number
• Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days (may vary by destination)
• Online tracking available via the EMS website
• Please note that tracking information may not always be up to date.
• This service is not available in certain areas. If EMS is unavailable for your destination, we will inform you prior to shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).

Import Duties & Taxes

• Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
• Import duties, VAT, and any other taxes are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
• We cannot estimate or prepay these fees. For details, please contact your local customs authority.
• By law, we cannot undervalue items or mark them as “gifts.”
• Please note that customs inspection may cause delays or require packages to be opened.

Customs & Documentation

• We cannot alter invoice values or ship items without invoices due to international regulations.
• Some countries may open parcels for inspection at customs. This is beyond our control.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local postal operations, strikes, or political circumstances in the destination country.

Shipping Fee & Insurance Policy

• Postal insurance is included in the shipping fee.
• Damage caused by the postal service (excluding customs inspection damage) is covered within the range of postal insurance.
• Please note that customs officers may open parcels as part of their inspection process.
