MY ORDER

I changed my mind after placing my order. Can I cancel or edit it by myself?

Sorry, you cannot cancel or edit an order by yourself. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your order.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

Can I return or replace the item I ordered?

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the item is defective. Please contact us immediately if you notice any damage or defect before using the item.

What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective items (damage or defects existing at the time of delivery). The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery, and you must contact us by email before shipping the product back.

For returns due to reasons attributable to the customer, the item must be unopened and unused, returned within 7 days at the customer’s expense. In such cases, the product price will be refunded, minus shipping fees.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship your products?

We ship worldwide, as long as Japan Post provides delivery to your area.

How soon do you ship orders?

If the item is in stock, we ship the same day or the following business day after payment is received. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email with the expected shipping date.

What shipping method do you use?

We use Expedited International Shipping (EMS) operated by Japan Post.

How long does delivery take via Expedited International Shipping?

Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, such as December holidays.

Are items shipped via Expedited International Shipping insured?

Yes. Shipping insurance is included to cover potential damage during transit (excluding customs inspections).

PAYMENT

What payment methods are available?

We accept major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

IMPORT DUTIES

Do I have to pay import taxes for my order?

Yes. Import duties, VAT, and other taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can you declare a lower value or mark my order as a gift?

No. It is against our shipping policy to undervalue shipments or mark them as gifts. Please contact your local customs office for more information about import taxes in your country.
