The ISEYA JIHEI A Series is produced in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, Japan’s legendary center of blade-making. Each knife is manufactured by Seto Cutlery under the supervision of Yoshinori Seto, representative of YOSHI Knives and member of the Knifemakers’ Guild (USA).

Crafted from 8A chromium-molybdenum stainless steel (HRC 58) and fitted with a black pakkawood handle, this series offers a balance of sharpness, durability, and ease of maintenance. The elegant polish and clean lines reflect the hallmark of Japanese craftsmanship, making these knives suitable for both home cooks and professionals.
